Agencies Publish Regulatory Agendas
Many federal agencies published their regulatory agendas in the December 23, 2016, Federal Register. These agendas include summary descriptions of significant and not significant regulations being developed by the agencies. These summary descriptions are required by Executive Orders 12866 "Regulatory Planning and Review," and 13563 "Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review."
