FWS and NMFS Publish Final ESA Rule Revisions
The U.S. National Marine Fisheries Service and the U.S. Fish and wildlife Service have published major revisions to their joint Endangered Species Act regulations. These new FWS and NMFS joint final regulations are Endangered and Threatened Species: Interagency Cooperation, which is available here; and Endangered and Threatened Species: Listing Species and Designating Critical Habitat, which is available here. In the same Federal Register, FWS also separately published a third ESA rule revision, Endangered and Threatened species: Prohibitions to Threatened Wildlife and Plants, which is available here.
