The Food and Drug Administration has sent Information Collection Request OMB Control Number 0910–0191 to the U.S. Office of Management and Budget for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act. This information collection supports FDA regulations governing its administrative practices and procedures. Inter alia, this information collection has been revised to consolidate related activities discussed in Agency guidance.
