Smith pushing tobacco transportation bill

Smith first became aware of the issue a few years ago when he attended a meeting of the Ontario Korean Businessmen’s Association (OKBA). One of the members of OKBA related a story of illegal cigarettes that had “been transported in from Belleville in white vans” and were being sold to kids outside of his convenience store in Toronto.
“Just outside of his front door there’s somebody illegally selling them to kids.”
