According to the news report, France’s Centre for the Analysis of Terrorism (CAT) lists the Pakistani Taliban, Lashkar-E-Taiba, al-Qaeda in the Maghreb, Hezbollah, Hamas, FARC and PKK, among others, as groups profiting significantly from tobacco smuggling.
