Law360 (August 20, 2018, 6:50 PM EDT) — Cigarette companies owned by the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska urged the D.C. Circuit on Friday to pause its ruling that the companies must let the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives inspect their sales records, saying the case raises tribal sovereignty concerns the U.S. Supreme Court ought to tackle.
