Officials say they confiscated thousands of packs of contraband cigarettes during a Halloween traffic stop in Pocomoke City.
A news release from the Comptroller of Maryland shows Pfc. Robert Horseman of the Pocomoke City Police Department conducted the traffic stop on a rental car on Route 13 at about 9:30 p.m. for a traffic violation.
