TRENTON >> Seven inmates and 11 civilians along with two correctional employees have been ensnared in an 11-count indictment that accuses the group of running a cigarette smuggling ring a New Jersey State Prison. Tobacco and tobacco products have been banned inside the prison since Feb. 15, 2013, creating a lucrative underground market.
