Investigators from the state Tax Department’s Cigarette Strike Force arrested two people after a recent raid that turned up untaxed cigarettes.
The Tax Department said it conducted surveillance on Van Nest Avenue in the Bronx and on Boston Post Road in Pelham Manor, then raided what they called a stash house. They arrested Yehya M. Al-Saidi, 38, of 1045 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, and Zaki A. Alsayedi, 36, of 95th Street, Queens.
