The UVF’s grip on East Belfast is tightening despite several police operations to tackle criminality, it has been claimed.
Officers have launched a number of crackdowns in a bid to disrupt the terror gang’s trade in drugs, extortion, counterfeit cigarettes and the supply of illegal gaming machines.
