A Henrico County man who allegedly supplied large amounts of cigarettes to illegal traffickers pleaded not guilty Tuesday to a charge of failing to report cash transactions.
Maher Mustafa, 31, owner of The Cigarette Outlet Inc., is accused of failing to report more than 350 cash transactions greater than $10,000 conducted from last July to the end of February worth a total of $23.4 million.
