A Buffalo man had thousands of untaxed cigarettes and cigars in his vehicle when he was pulled over for a traffic stop early Tuesday in the Genesee County Town of Pembroke, sheriff’s deputies reported.
Deputies said Bilal A. Aljabbouri, 21, of Austin Street, was pulled over on Alleghany Road shortly after 3 a.m. Tuesday. He was traveling 52 mph in a 40 mph zone and didn’t have a driver’s license, deputies said, resulting in charges of unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operation and a speed violation.
