Former acting Gambino capo James (Jimmy Boy) Dellaratta was sentenced to probation last week for the hijacking of a trailer load of counterfeit cigarettes worth $1 million, a shipment that was stolen under the watchful eyes, ears and video cameras of the FBI in 2010.
