A TOBACCO smuggler who used the name of Hollywood star Kevin Costner to help illegally import millions of cigarettes is facing jail.
Miroslaw Rogalski, 53, was part of a gang who conspired to avoid customs charges by smuggling Polish Marlboro cigarettes into the UK.
