WINCHESTER, Va.
Six men have been federally indicted, one of them is on the run, and two local business were shut down, all due to an alleged cigarette smuggling operation.
Mohammed Abdo Elbrati is listed as the lead defendant in the case for allegedly buying nearly 2 million cigarettes in West Virginia, then selling them to smugglers based out of Brooklyn.
