Botwood man to appear in court Dec. 2
Following a routine traffic stop Sept. 27 just west of Grand Falls-Windsor, RCMP seized a large quantity of contraband cigarettes.
In a press release issued Sunday evening, the RCMP say they discovered about 100,000 contraband cigarettes when they searched a truck and trailer.
