Buffalo man arrested for untaxed cigarettes

PEMBROKE – A 34-year-old Buffalo man was arrested for having about 12,000 untaxed cigarettes after he was pulled over by Genesee County sheriff’s deputies for allegedly speeding on Allegany Road here about 1:30 a.m. Monday.
