Fu Lin Wu is facing deportation as a result of his sentence
Lebanon County Judge Charles T. Jones Jr. told Fu Lin Wu of Flushing that he will be deported as a result of his sentence for possessing five fraudulent passports and five cartons of untaxed cigarettes. The judge said he expected Fu will be sent back to his native China.

Jones said Lebanon County Probation Services would not be checking up on him in China while he serves his 23 months of probation, but the probation department “wouldn’t mind if he sent a check for fines and costs.”
