Hartford PD Raid 2 City Gas Stations, Seize Illegal Drugs, Counterfeit Merchandise, Cash
HARTFORD – Three people were arrested Wednesday and a large amount of synthetic marijuana and other illegal narcotics, as well as more than $28,000 in cash, were seized after raids on a pair of city gas stations.
Police said they raided the gas stations at 10 White St. and 1510 Albany Ave. Wednesday and found 663 counterfeit winter hats, a large amount of untaxed cigarettes, 37 packets of synthetic marijuana, and 1022 grams of bath salts hidden in the ceiling tiles of the businesses. Police also seized $38,287 in cash from the businesses.
