Police: Herkimer pair had 644 cartons of untaxed cigarettes
A traffic stop resulted in the seizure of more than 644 cartons of untaxed cigarettes and the arrest of two Herkimer residents, state police said.

A traffic stop resulted in the seizure of more than 644 cartons of untaxed cigarettes and the arrest of two Herkimer residents, state police said.
Raymond Stock, 42, and his passenger Diana Garley, 59, were charged by the Department of Taxation and Finance, Albany Division, with felony possession and transportation of untaxed cigarettes and felony fourth-degree criminal tax fraud, police said.
