Ontario Provincial Police say two men – one from northwestern Ontario and the other from Manitoba – are facing charges following a large contraband tobacco seizure.
They say the Ministry of Transportation requested police help on Wednesday morning during the inspection of a truck on Highway 400 north of Toronto.
