U. SAUCON TWP., Pa. – After stopping a rental car for speeding on Interstate 78 Sunday evening, Pennsylvania State Police arrested the driver for allegedly bag after bag of more than 60,000 illegal cigarettes.

John B. Fairchild faces a felony and misdemeanor count of possessing illegal cigarettes following his arrest in Upper Saucon Township. District Judge Jacob Hammond arraigned the 39-year-old Suffolk County man Monday morning, setting bail at $10,000.
