UPS Escapes Racketeering Claims In Cigarette Tax Suit

A New York federal judge threw out allegations that UPS had conspired with its customers to ship untaxed cigarettes from Native American organizations, saying in an order Tuesday that New York government officials had failed to provide enough evidence to back their racketeering allegations.
