Great odds since they catch maybe one out of 10. Read up on it folks, and decide for yourselves what and who creates the black markets….government and over-taxation of legal products like tobacco, and soon to be pot if it goes legal in all 50 states!
This is why the black markets flourish folks, whether it be pot if it goes legal nationwide, or other legal products, over taxation. New York is now the hottest mom and pops black market in tobacco in America today like tobacco, and the feds can’t even shut it down. They catch one load, 10 or more got by by some estmates, plain and simple. New York alone is a multi-billion dollar mom and pops black market for thousands in the tobacco smuggling trade, much of it coming out of the Carolina’s or Virgina and other tobacco producing states or those with lower tax rates. The organized crime elements do it on even a grander scale than the mom and pops, and they’re a lovely nice and gentle group of church going choir boys! LOL!~
