Customers in a High Street shop ordered illegal tobacco using secret signals which would be seen by the flat above, and then delivered down a hidden pipe to the counter.

Arshad Aziz, 34, also known as Marshkal Kirim, of Cambridge Street, Leicester, appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Monday to face nine charges of selling illegal and counterfeit tobacco.
