A man from Halifax and woman from Dartmouth are expected to be in court in January after they were caught with more than 70,000 illegal cigarettes.
After a months long joint investigation between the RCMP and Service Nova Scotia, a 57-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman were arrested after a traffic stop in the Fort Lawrence area on Friday.
