Guatemala Seizes Contraband Cigarettes Along Belize Border

There is a report tonight of a major bust of nine point nine million boxes of cigarettes by Guatemalan authorities in Peten.  The Guatemalan police say agents in Peten detained Byron Misael Gonzalez who was transporting the cigarettes. The bust on Monday comes on the heels of two others in January in which a combined total of twenty-four million boxes were seized in Chiquimula and San Francisco.
