STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 29-year-old man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after an illegal-cigarette raid was performed at a Castleton Corners deli.
Abdoaziz Sindani, of Castleton Corners, was arrested after the raid at 1759 Victory Blvd. at approximately 1 p.m., a spokesman for the NYPD said.
