Menthol cigarettes and 10 pack ban could be DITCHED – thanks to Brexit
NEW laws cracking down on smokers could be completely scrapped when Britain officially exits the European Union, it has emerged.

From May 21, 2017, rolling tobacco under 30g and 10 packs of menthol cigarettes will disappear from shelves under sweeping new rules imposed by the EU.
The EU directive will outlaw menthol and other flavoured tobacco by 2020.
