If the average Joe can easily get a baggy of 200 loosely-packed cigarettes for a little as $20 from a friendly senior with a carload of smokes, why would he walk down to the next corner and put out more than $100 to buy the same number of cigarettes at a convenience store, especially when the risk to him is zero?
