83 kilos of illegal hand-rolling tobacco discovered by revenue and customs teams
NEARLY two million illicit cigarettes were seized in Liverpool and Manchester during two days of HM Revenue and Customs raids.
A team of 120 officers visited 82 retail premises, and eight self-storage units, as part of a coordinated sting in the northwest.
