Budget 2018: Fears an increase in cost of cigarettes will fuel illegal trading
Retailers Against Smuggling say putting up the price of cigarettes in the budget will contribute to illegal trading in the border area.
A recent survey shows that nearly half of retailers in the border counties feel that Brexit will lead to an increase in smuggling and illicit trade.
