Nearly $73,370 in untaxed cigarettes were found during a Saturday traffic stop in Georgetown, police said in a statement.
At approximately 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, police patrolling Dupont Boulevard pulled over Tanvir Rafi, 44, of Yorktown, Virginia, after he committed a traffic violation in the northbound lane.
