A drug dealer claimed he was forced to sell thousands of illicit cigarettes and counterfeit tobacco to pay off his debt, a court heard.

Phillip Raymond Cooper, 57, was spared jail in October last year after high-strength skunk cannabis was found at his home where he cared for his disabled wife.
