3 Charged With Selling Alcohol To Minors In Copiague: Police

One deli was also shut down after officials found 17 code violations, police say.

COPIAGUE, NY – Three men were charged in Copiague last week for selling alcohol to minors and one deli was shut down for also having several code violations, according to Suffolk Police.

Sime was arrested and charged with two counts first degree unlawfully dealing with a child, two counts of sale to person under 21, disorderly premise, promoting gambling, possession of gambling devices and possession of untaxed cigarettes, police said.
