Seven People Convicted of Tobacco-Related Offences in Ontario

Description of Offences: The following individuals were convicted of various offences under the Tobacco Tax Act, including possession of unmarked cigarettes, untaxed cigars and untaxed tobacco.

The court also imposed a victim fine surcharge for each offence as required under the Provincial Offences Act. All tobacco products were seized and forfeited.
