Critics Assert President’s Ocean Zoning Will Shut Down U.S. Tuna Fishery

Rep. Hastings and others assert that President Obama’s Executive action to unilaterally lock-up huge portions of the Pacific Ocean will shut down the Pacific tuna fishery.
