CRE Testifies at NOAA Alaska Hearings on Arctic EIS
Williiam Kelly, CRE’s Western Representative, testified at NOAA’s scoping hearing for the Arctic EIS. His testimony is appended below.
Comments include:
l. No need to begin a new EIS, simply supplement the existing EIS.
2. MMS should serve as a co-chair of the drafting committe along side NOAA
3. The “new” scientific information identified by NOAA in the Federal Register notice should be public.
