NIST has published the markup version of the initial public draft of Special Publication 800-53, Revision 5, available at: http://csrc.nist.gov/publications/PubsDrafts.html#800-53r5

This markup document reflects significant changes to the controls, control enhancements, and supplemental guidance between SP 800-53, Revision 4 and the Initial Public Draft of SP 800-53, Revision 5. The changes to the control baselines are reflected in a separate document, also posted.
