Some government agencies, such as the Department of Homeland Security, quickly share information with private sector stakeholders, Gen. Hayden said. For example, DHS disseminates cybersecurity alerts and best practices to 16 critical infrastructure sectors, which include financial services firms, healthcare organizations, and private operators of dams, nuclear reactors and water systems. Intelligence agencies should support companies in a similar fashion, Gen. Hayden said.

“What we need is an approach where the government [alters] its movements to [aid] private industry. It should be the government that makes sure companies succeed,” he said. A better systems, he said, would be that intelligence agencies share cyber threats they find by default unless top officials overrule it.

    Actually, in my business, we do a lot of videos. And for me the risks are different. But for some reason you don’t talk about it. Just think how much damage it can be.

    To be honest with you, once I paid for meet-and-greet with my favorite actor during the pandemic. So for me the risks are totally different as far as you can see. Although it was a good solution for lockdown time, unfortunately I didn’t have that presence effect that was promised by the managers. Someone told later that with video calls api the effect would have been much brighter due to multiple interface and better picture quality.
