DATES: The meetings will be held on August 22, 2012, and August 29, 2012, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time; and on September 19, 2012, October 10, 2012, November 7, 2012, November 30, 2012, and December 18, 2012, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Eastern Time.
