The U.S. Federal Government is engaged in cyber-based conflict. The U.S. must develop an effective cybersecurity workforce to meet current and future threats. The U.S. must define its desired cybersecurity workforce, understand the current cybersecurity workforce and, where applicable, develop and implement strategies to develop the desired cybersecurity workforce.
