Completing the trilogy is an HBR article, ‘Why Do So Many Incompetent Men Become Leaders?‘, in which Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic concludes the problem is that manifestations of hubris, which occur much more frequently in men than women, are commonly mistaken for leadership potential.
