Electronic public communication networks are a critical component of the life of millions of European citizen. These networks represent the fabric of the future information society and provide the means for the single digital market. For this year studies regarding security and resilience of communication networks concerning Critical Information Infrastructure and Internet infrastructure ENISA organizes this validation workshop in Koln, Germany the 26th of September 2014.
Agenda
Preliminary program:
Morning – Presentation of the findings 2014 ENISA studies:
– Methodologies for the identification of Critical information infrastructure assets and services
– Threat landscape of the physical and logical layers of the Internet infrastructure
– Validation session
Afternoon – Focus on Internet Infrastructure Security and Resilience
– Guest presentations regarding the challenges of network infrastructure security and resilience in Europe
– Open discussion: “The future of the Internet. How to mitigate old threats and get ready for future challenges”

Due to limited availability of seats, these registrations will be served on first come first serve basis until the exhaustion of the allocated resources.
There is no registration fee for the participation in the event.
