The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is initiating a 60-day public review and comment on a draft Information Collection Request for collecting Tier 2 test data for a subset of pesticides (referred to by the Agency as List 1 chemicals) that have the potential to interact with the endocrine system. The ICR ultimately has to be reviewed and approved by OMB before EPA can enforce the Tier 2 information collection requirements. Click here for EPA’s ICR.
