Tennessee Violation Rate Lower Than National Averag
The We Card Program has just released an analysis it conducted of tobacco sales enforcement data that has been recently posted online by FDA. The data shows that more than 111,000 compliance checks were completed from 2010 to September 2012 (more than 75,000 checks in 2012).
Tennessee had a 4.06% violation rate in those two years which is below the national average of 4.93%. Click HERE for the details of the We Card data.
