Unfinished Business
Each year at this time, all Administrations, be they Democratic or Republican, search for ways to tackle problems created by the regulatory state. CRE officials have participated in key regulatory reform endeavors for a number of decades. CRE has catalogued some of the more significant proposals. Unfortunately, many of these proposals remain on the shelf while new efforts are being taken to re-invent the wheel.
