ABA Sponsors Seminar on OMB Peer Review Guidelines
The Administrative Law Section of the American Bar Association is conducting a seminar on OMB's final Data Quality Bulletin for Peer Review. The seminar will be held on February 23, 2005, from Noon to 1:30 p.m., at the ABA's Washington office, 740 15th Street, NW, 9th Floor, Washington, D.C. Speakers include the Hon. John Graham, Administrator, OMB's Office of Information & Regulatory Affairs. Dr. Graham is the impetus of the new Peer Review Guidelines. This seminar is important because the OMB Bulletin establishes peer review standards for most federal agencies.
