Agencies Publish Semiannual Agendas
On Monday, May 16, 2005, most federal agencies published their semi-annual regulatory agendas. These agendas report the status of regulations already under review and provide the agencies's plan for proposing new regulations. The agendas are required by Executive Order 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
