Center for FDA Rejuvenation (Registered Trademark)
Under Development
This Center will focus on decreasing the time to license anti-cancer drugs.
Suggestions from the public welcome.
The Center will be managed by the Center for Regulatory Effectiveness (CRE), a regulatory watchdog founded and managed by former regulatory officials of the White House Office of Management and Budget.
CRE manages a number of websites dedicated to rejuvenating the federal regulatory decision-making including increasing the transparency of the regulatory process, see TheOMB.US, a website focused on OMB’s role in centralized regulatory review beginning with the Johnson Administration and updated constantly to reflect the actions of the current Administration .
CRE also manages OIRA Watch, a website dedicated to an analysis of the actions of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs in the White House Office of Management and Budget, the cockpit of the regulatory state which was founded in large part by CRE officials during their federal service.
CRE personnel through years of government service have made notable contributions to streamlining the federal regulatory process by using tools designed for regulating the regulators”.
To this end CRE will develop a Forum which is an Interactive Public Docket (IPD) which allows the public and stakeholders to communicate each other and to CRE on the best ways to breathe fresh thoughts into the FDA drug licensing process for anti-cancer treatments. The format of the IPD for the Center for FDA Rejuvenation will be similar to that used for OIRA Watch and will have a website dedicated solely to its activities and therefore will not be on this website.
